Full Document loans
Full document funding provide the best interest rates in the market due to the requirements needed to be fulfilled to qualify for these types of loans, this can include the last 2-3 years financials / tax returns as well as 6-12 months of bank statements.
Low Document loans
Low Doc loans are designed for borrowers who don’t have their financials up to date, although can prove their financial strength through an Accountants Certification or Self Certification of Income which is broadly supported by 6-12 months bank statements, generally this type of loan is slightly a higher interest rate, we have access to very competitive Low Doc rates and high LVR’s.
